How many people do you know that can eat at a buffet and eat only the right food choices and the right food amounts? Not I.
Everywhere I turn there are mental buffets full of options. We have too many choices.
The rub today is “to decide.” As you know “decide” comes from the Latin root that means “to cut.” When you choose you “cut” away all possibility.
I am writing this post today to support our ability to strengthen our #discernment.
Nietzsche reminds us that “we only hear those questions for which we are in a position to find answers.”
